• Jar reserves the right to disqualify any user from the offers if any fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected in their account.
• Jar shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or failure in the processing of the offer that occurs due to technical, system, or connectivity issues.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the offers, Jar's decision will be final and binding.
• Jar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offers at any time without notice.
• In case of any changes to these terms, the revised terms will be made available in the Jar app. Continued participation in the offer after changes implies acceptance of the modified terms.
• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
