Why am I unable to add a new UPI ID?

You may be unable to add UPI ID due to the following reasons:

  1. You have reached the maximum limit of adding 5 UPI IDs.
  2. The name on your new UPI ID does not match with the name on your primary UPI ID.
  3. Your UPI ID is invalid
