I am not able to use my Jar Savings for the purchase. What do I do?

To use your Jar savings for a purchase:

1. Log in to the Jar app
2. Tap on Withdraw from your Jar vault
3. Select 24K Standard Gold Coins (for gold) or Exclusive Silver Jewellery
4. You will be redirected to Nek
5. Add your chosen products to the cart and checkout using Jar savings

Note: A minimum of 0.1 gm of Jar savings is required to access this option
