How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order:

1. Go to Your Account on Nek
2. Click on Orders
3. Select the order
4. Click on Cancel

Note: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

You can also, Tap on the Track Order button below to get redirected to the Order Tracking screen, Select the order you wish to cancel. You will be able to see the Cancel option only if the cancellation window is still open.
